The Title Clerk will support the title manager to efficiently and accurately process vehicle titles processing, sold notices, supporting documents and additional duties as assigned.
Perform data entry, and input other related information into the system.
Check vehicle titles and supporting documentation for accuracy ensuring the title is acceptable under state law and does not contain any errors or alterations.
Verify supporting documentation of the sale and file sold notices.
Ensure titles are mailed to the correct buyer and address.
Run title reports and assist with title inquiries.
Assist with audits and other assigned tasks.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
