General Summary

We are seeking an experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales organization. This is a highly visible position having direct contact with future clients. The B2B Enterprise Sales Development Representative's primary responsibilities will be to source potential clients and set up appointments for our sales team to pursue. As the first step in the prospecting process, creative sourcing methods and persuasive communication skills are essential for success. We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales lead generation and is looking to join a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic approaches to research, target, and engage with enterprise prospects by using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and provided lead lists.
  • Identify key decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications.
  • Conduct cold calls to obtain information and set up meetings via telephone for the sales team to pursue.
  • Coordinate and execute targeted email campaigns and sequences.
  • Use our CRM system, HubSpot, to meticulously track your prospects and sales pipeline. Ensure the CRM system is up to date at all times.
  • Use verification of key criteria to ensure meetings take place and are high quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, market conditions and competitive activities.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to craft exciting emails to prospects that pique their interest and result in a new meeting
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • CRM experience required, Hubspot Experience preferred

Ability:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically to accurately gauge a prospect's interest level in the company's solution
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented with strong self-motivation and autonomy
  • Strong desire and ability to grow within a sales organization
