General Summary

Our Operation Support position supports the GovDeals Account Managers and our Client Operations Support Group by taking on project based work. The position will have daily and weekly regular tasks to focus on key activities that add value to the GovDeals Auctions (QC & Bid Deposits). They will also assist in managing our new Full Service Projects where GovDeals is handling many of the aspects of the sale process that most of our Self Directed Clients perform. A successful OSR will need to be well organized to manage numerous projects and daily activities. They will be evaluated by the success of the projects and processes that they are assigned to.

Responsibilities

  • Bid Deposit Management- Coordinating between the AMs, Finance, and Customer Service as the number of Bid Deposits increases
  • Auction Quality Control daily
  • Auction Loading, Auction Coordination, Title Management
  • Proposal Team: Certificate of Insurance Management & Vendor Registrations
  • Document Management & Updates
  • CAG Scrap Metal Project
  • Future Projects Include: Aged FSS Management, Auction Event Management, CAG Heavy Equipment Team Assistance
  • Building special reports for clients

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • Associate degree and prior experience with government agencies preferred
  • 4+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • 2+ years of experience in online auctions or sales
  • Experience handling independent projects with minimal supervision
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Skills:

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet expectations
  • Ability to organize and manage several projects at a time without supervision
  • Computer skills to include MS Office

Ability:

  • High integrity and accountability
