    General Summary

    Liquidity Services is seeking a creative, experienced Digital Content Marketing Manager with a proven track-record for managing and creating high-performing marketing and digital content. In collaboration with marketing and sales stakeholders, this position is responsible for planning, developing and executing a wide range of digital marketing projects and materials to support lead generation, communications, marketing campaigns, web presence, social media and public relations. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the conceptualization, planning, development and execution of content for a variety of channels and audiences.

    The role will support the growth of Liquidity Services through content that supports our branding and lead generation efforts to attract more sellers to our B2B ecommerce marketplace, propel awareness of the Liquidity Services brand, and educate external audiences on our story, what we offer, and how we solve their needs.

    The Digital Content Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of PR and Content Development and IR. This role will work will both sales and marketing groups.


    • Create content dedicated to driving lead generation and seller acquisition.
    • Collaborate with our product management, sales, analytics, SEO/SEM, graphic design, and other members of the Marketing team to manage the strategy, creation and delivery of content that is compelling, accurate and drives interest and qualified leads from prospective sellers.
    • Manage the creation of content for digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to fact sheets, e-books, infographics, white papers, blogs, social media posts, landing pages, e-newsletters, and videos.
    • Manage email content for lead generation, drip campaigns and customer communications.
    • Review and update existing content and manage the creation of new, SEO-rich content for the corporate website.
    • Develop strategies and content to grow our blog and social media engagement.
    • Think creatively, stay up-to-date on relevant trends in digital marketing, and bring fresh, new ideas to marketing programs.
    • Ensure all marketing pieces comply with brand standards.
    • Measure participation, impact, and success of campaigns and events.


    Education/ Experience:

    • 8+ years experience managing content development for B2B organizations.
    • Ecommerce experience highly desired.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Sales, or eCommerce



    • Gifted writer, content strategist and editor.
    • Proven experience crafting quality content that is both SEO-rich and resonates with audiences.
    • Clear understanding of the nuances of digital audiences and deliverables.
    • Adherence to digital marketing best practices.
    • Able to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities to meet business needs, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
    • Comfortable in a collaborative team and working with employees in remote locations.
    • Able to extrapolate action items from marketing metrics and analytics to refine content and strategies.
    • Basic design skills and video experience preferred.

    • 10% Domestic travel as needed
