    General Summary

    The Financial Analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing monthly financial data related to the CAG Commercial business and at the Corporate Consolidated level, as well as ad hoc analyses requested by a number of internal stakeholders. The Analyst will use this data to provide timely and actionable insight into trends in the business. The Analyst will work with these stakeholders, as well as the Sr. Director of CAG Finance, Sr Director of FP&A, the Corporate Controller, and IT to develop streamlined, accurate reporting from various systems to assist with the necessary data needs.

    Responsibilities

    Monthly Responsibilities:
    • Consolidated GMV flash for all three CAG Commercial regions
    • Update source files for Consolidated GMV Flash and Board Dashboards
    • Input consolidated GMV flash into Oracle Planning and Budgeting tool
    • Run detailed P&L and Balance Sheet from Oracle for all three CAG regions and provide to business leaders
    • Aggregate P&L summary report for all three CAG regions
    • Generate monthly CAG P&L by Vertical report
    • Generate CAG Income Statement and Balance Sheet variance analysis (budget, forecast)
    • Sales pipeline analysis – quota attainment, project delays
    • Principal deal performance analysis – actual results compared to forecast


    Quarterly Responsibilities:
    • Generate same monthly CAG reports above, but for entire quarter and YTD
    • Forecast data validation
    • Assist with compilation of CAG Finance’s CEO Brief schedules
    • Aggregate slides from business leaders for CAG CEO Brief presentation
    • Update Corporate FP&A source files for the Board Deck and Audit Committee Deck
    • Assist with variance explanations for external auditors
    • Input approved quarterly P&L forecast into Oracle Planning and Budgeting tool
    • Assist with research on variance drivers for Board Schedules prepared by FP&A
    • Maintain seller profitability analysis


    Other Responsibilities:
    • Assist with trending analysis to support annual budgeting process
    • Budget data validation
    • Backup for PBCS maintenance (forms, new account set up, logic maintenance)
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education/ Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and experience preferred with international exposure a plus
    • 2+ years of experience in a Finance-oriented position
    • Strong accounting experience desired including international exposure a plus
    • Equity administration experience a plus


    Skills:
    • Excellent skills with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint are critical
    • Extreme attention to detail
    • Experience with complex ERP systems, preferably Oracle
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; must be comfortable interacting with multiple levels in the organizational hierarchy, from individual contributors to executive management
    • Highly curious and analytical; Passion for discovering root causes
    • Self-motivated and open to change and process improvement


    Ability:
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
    • Ability to think critically and determine course of action with little direction
    • Availability to interact with employees in different time zones outside of normal working hours
    • Ability to visualize reporting needs and work with IT personnel to create reports and to automate processes
