    General Summary

    We are seeking an experienced, energetic marketer who is a self-directed, results-driven individual who can develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase participation in our online auction business across many industries. This role will work with the Manager of Digital Marketing to design, implement and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize performance while also following best practices and rules management.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain and optimize markting calendar
    • Grow and manage email contact database
    • Manage unsubscribes in accordance to CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
    • Build and manage accurate contact segments for various email campaigns
    • Coordinate with design team to create mobile responsive & optimized emails
    • Utilize marketing automation tools based on contact behaviors (clicks, opens, page visits, etc.), and efficiency standards
    • Manage performance reporting and analysis – using data to further optimize the campaigns
    • Perform A/B testing across subject lines, imagery, body content and CTA’s on all emails and reporting key aspects of the tests
    • Identify email best practices and share amongst all LSI marketplaces
    • Track and analyze the performance of all email marketing and merchandising activities with Google Analytics, HubSpot and any other resource housing
    • Assist/lead other projects/initiatives as necessary
    • Conduct market research against the company’s competitors (emails, advertisements, promotions, etc.)

    Qualifications

    Education/ Experience:

    • Associates or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience; with at least 2 years’ experience managing an email program within HubSpot
    • Experience in online marketplaces in B2B markets strongly preferred
    • HTML experience is required

    Skills:

    • Must be organized with an incredible attention to detail, efficient and work independently while contributing to various teams
    • Analytical and comfortable in building/analyzing reports
    • Program development and project management skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and complete simultaneous projects
