    General Summary

    Liquidity Services is looking for an experienced Sr Manager of Product Management to help drive a step function increase in our digital capabilities. Alongside global stakeholders in the businesses, in marketing, and on the executive team you will help us design the product roadmap, and then take ownership of specific parts of the overall portfolio.


    With a strong background in digital (preferably at an ecommerce company) you will use your analytical skills to quantify and unpack potential opportunities and translate them into revenue upside, and dig into clickstream data to understand where our visitors are facing pain points. You will also leverage your diplomacy to partner with business stakeholders, understand their needs and wants, and to partner with the engineering and design teams to remove any roadblocks that get in the way of execution. And at every step along the way, you’ll be soliciting feedback and insights from our customers (both sellers and buyers) and synthesizing their feedback into actionable insights.


    • Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products and services you manage
    • Work with designers, business analysts, and engineering teams to synthesize market research, user needs, business requirements, and technical solution
    • Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects, from high level initiatives to specific features, user stories, and business metrics
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams in the US, London and in Asia to develop and ship projects
    • Engage your stakeholders to socialize progress, share in iterations, identify potential roadblocks, and provide transparency of priorities and ship dates
    • Measure product progress towards business goals or user needs and translate data insights into action
    • Own the tactical decision making regarding the design, requirements, and functionality of your portfolio to ensure that progress is being made


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 6+ years’ experience, 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager of a cross-functional team
    • Experience integrating third party ecommerce solutions (i.e. Optimizely, Criteo, etc.)
    • Experience in data architecture projects highly preferred
    • Experience with the development of backend tools highly preferred
    • Strong bias towards action and a backbone of steel
    • Experience designing and conducting user tests and surveys
    • Strong analytical skills, and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics or another web
    • Tracking platform and experience turning data into insights, and into action
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, user experience, and project management trade-offs; enthusiastic communicator
