    General Summary

    The Projects and Operational Support Manager will work as a business analyst and project manager to aid our customers in determining a solution to manage their returns and liquidation programs utilizing Liquidity Services returns management and warehouse management software.  In addition, this individual will provide support to both internal and external operations and become the expert in Liquidity Services’ WMS and returns packages.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in client solution design meetings
    • Participate in returns management pricing proposals
    • Author business requirement documents
    • Participate in software design sessions
    • Design process flows for new and existing business
    • Manage Client onboarding projects to include
    • Conduct weekly client calls
    • Project schedules
    • Complete client test cases
    • Validate client data
    • Assist in testing of new software releases
    • Provide operational software support to SAAS clients
    • Provide troubleshooting and problem solving to our clients and warehouses
    • Manage client corporate support inquiries
    • Manage client operational reporting
    • Acquire expertise in Liquidity Services internal returns management and warehouse management systems

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
    • 5 years project management experience
    • Experience with QA testing of newly developed software
    • Experience with client solution design process
    • Experience with software design processes
    • Knowledge of industry vendor return processes
    • Knowledge of liquidation industry
    • Experience with returns management software packages
    • Experience with WMS packages
    • Experience with the operational start up of client warehouse operations
    • Strong analytical skills
